What should I expect?

Direct sun exposure should be avoided for 2–4 weeks leading up to your treatment.

A bright flash of light from the device feels like a light elastic band popping on the area being treated during your session. Redness and a slight warming of the skin are normal and usually subside within an hour.

The skin may be slightly red, feel warm after the session, and usually subsides within a few hours. Moisturizer should be applied right after, and sunscreen should be worn for three weeks.

After treating vascular lesions, it’s normal for the vein to be a different color or even white. This disappears after a few days as the color returns to normal.
