Emsella is a completely safe, non-surgical procedure that the FDA approved. You may feel your muscles contracting a bit and may feel a tingling sensation, but it is virtually painless.

For each session, you will sit fully clothed on a chair designed to give the most effective treatment for optimal results. You will sit in the chair for 28 minutes while electric pulses contract your pelvic muscles. You can read, watch television, or relax during the treatment. You may feel some tingling and the contracting of your muscles, but you will not feel pain. There is no recovery time, and you can return to your normal activities immediately following the session.
